Homework: 

  • Schedule a 1-hour 1 on 1 call with Coach Roz. Availabilities are on:
    • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 7pm est.
    • Saturday, either at 9am, 1pm, 2pm
  • Continue saying your affirmations every day.

  • Keep track of what you do on the daily basis for 1 whole week
    • Week-long calendar template was sent in your email
  • Start thinking about the people that support you towards becoming what you are saying in your affirmations
  • Continue saying your affirmations every day.

  • Reviewed why we resist and struggle to be responsible and accountable
  • Walk in who you are with no shame or guilt
  • Identify what's your path of resistance
  • Why do you have to write your 1, 3, and 5 year version of you
  • Know your strengths and weakness

Homework: 

  • Write out your 1, 3, 5 year version of you. Basically, where do you see yourself in 1, 3, and 5 years? How old will you be? 
  • Write out your strengths and your weaknesses? Who can help you where you are weak? How can you enhance your strengths?
  • Continue saying your affirmations everyday.

    • Pick your top 3 to 5 affirmations
    • Each one has to come from a different category (i.e. one can be a relationship affirmation, spiritual affirmation, career affirmation)
    • Share in the FB which ones you picked as your top 3 to 5 affirmations
