Hi! My Name Is Roz Paul,
Your Freedom Life CoachÂ
Prior to coaching, I was climbing the corporate ladder, while attending college, raising 4 kiddos, being a wife, as well as serving in my local community. In the mist of all the things, I found myself unhappy, unfulfilled and eventually I lost who I was and became depressed. How could that be?
Here's the deal, I was showing up for everything and everyone else, except for me. After being coached, counseled and prayed over, I've learned how to let go, embrace my true dreams and desires, and explored what I liked and how to enjoy them with no guilt! After understanding my value, I was able to serve others from a healthier state of being. Best of all, I was able to find me.
As a result, for the past 11 years, I made it my mission to help women to be Free To Be themselves in the life they are called to lead. I've helped, countless, ambitious and faith base women learn how to return, release, renew, and refresh themselves as a lifestyle. I believe that once women learn how to show up for themselves, THEN they can show up whole, happy, and successful for their dreams and goals. And in turn, show up more authentically throughout their lives, as well as the ones that they love.
